Orci, Angelique Dianne, Counselor

Goose and rain
Greetings and Welcome!

Hello, my name is Angelique Dianne Orci and I am continuing my journey as a school counselor helping all students with issues that may be affecting their academics, personal and social interactions. This is my 20th year in education. I have been a counselor for 17 years within the secondary and elementary divisions and 4 years as a teacher within the elementary, secondary and college level as well. I have a Bachelor's degree in Science and two minors in education and in criminal justice from The University of Texas at El Paso. I immediately pursued my education and obtained two Master's degrees. A Master's degree in Education in School Counseling and a Master's of Arts degree in Clinical/Community Counseling
from St. Micheal's College and The College of Santa, Fe in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

I strongly advocate for all children! I believe that it is of importance to provide support and programs that help all students gain the knowledge, skills
and values needed to be well prepared for life.

The awareness of the relationship between cognitive development and the physical, emotional and social well being is fundamental to a quality educational environment. Thus, I aim to assist all students, parents and the community in identifying and promoting strategies to address the barriers to learning that many of our children and youth face today.
